I'm trying to set up red5pro on an AWS linux instance. I've set up SSL and I'm trying to broadcast a stream with red5pro's default web app. The website is at https://dlmsstreaming.ca/live/broadcast.jsp?host=18.104.22.168. SSL seems to be running correctly. When I try and connect to run stream I get the error message in chrome:
WebSocket connection to 'wss://dlmsstreaming.ca:8083/live?id=Test' failed: Error in connection establishment: net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
WrappedWebSocket @ VM247:161
createWebSocket @ red5pro-sdk.min.js:10
red5pro-sdk.min.js:10 [red5pro-sdk] warn: (R5ProPublisherSocket) [websocketerror]: Error from WebSocket. error

r5pro-publisher-failover.js:437 [live]:: Error in publish request: [object Event]

Any advice on where I've gone wrong and the source of my error would be greatly appreciated.
