How do I submit my server logs?
1. Run your application and reproduce the error you are experiencing. Please take note of these exact steps in as much detail as possible so that the Support Team can reproduce your issue.
2. In your server directory, open the folder where your Red5 Pro server is located.
3. Open the log folder and find the red5.log file
3. Attach the red5.log to a message to the support team, fill out the requested information and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
